Network access is unlimited and there is no pay as you use charge or additional fee. There is no cellphone data or roaming charges. This fee does not apply to the immigration solution.

The unit needs to communicate to a satellite. It will not work on a car in a shipping container. It will transmit as the car is being loaded into the container. It will not work reliably in a plane or airport cargo hold. It will work on the tarmac while being loaded and offloaded. It will not work in a mineshaft. It will work as soon as the vehicle is above ground.
Normal usage on the batteries is 6 weeks. Updates can be customised to update every 5 minutes while moving and every hour while still, thus increasing battery life. Shipping containers are normally set every 12 hours and on a truck every hour. Air cargo is normally set to 5 minutes while moving to ensure updates on the tarmac.
The hardware warranty covers a faulty device that has been used in the standard operating procedure. The device is built rugged to withstand harsh elements. It does not cover devices that have been physically damaged by mishandling or misuse, eg crushed by other containers or driven over by forklifts
